An at-your-own-pace course designed to teach you how to process your emotions. You’ll get weekly (downloadable) slides, videos, & journal prompts to build your resilience to adversity. You can expect lessened intensity of emotional reactions; greater trust in, and respect for, yourself; and a better ability to set and hold boundaries. The goal is not to ‘stop the tide coming in’, so to speak, but to become stronger than the waves that hit you!
